- A private fitness assessment
- Four reserved semi-private training sessions,
- Unlimited "Drop-In" semi-private training sessions,
- An individualized program designed for you,
- Basic nutritional counseling and
- Phone and email support.
No fees, and no comittment - if you do not like the results you are seeing, at the end of the four weeks, you can simply walk away. It really is that good of a deal and we can offer it because we really are that good at getting you the results that you are looking for.
