Personal Training: Train 3 Ways

You may have some questions about our training options. Our pricing and training system is unique. Here are some things you may like to know:
Private Training: Traditional, prescheduled one-on-one training. At Westfield Fitness, we strongly suggest that you consider semi-private training over private training. This may seem counter-intuituve, but the fact is that unless you are post-rehabilitation, training for a high level sport, such as a Div. I or professional program, or in a similar situation, you probably do not need private training.
Semi-Private Training: A prescheduled personal training session, reserved in advance, with 1-4 participants maximum. All of the accountability and personalized attention of a private session, but at a much friendlier pricepoint. Plus, you get all of the comraderie, competition and fun that naturally arises when you train with a partner. Having trouble finding a someone to train with you? No problem. Westfield Fitness has sessions throughout the week with training partners built in.
Drop-In Personal Training: Availible exclusively at Westfield Fitness, "Drop-In" Training is a revolutionary way to train. These are pre-scheduled semi-private training sessions that do not required a reservation in advance. So you simply drop-in when you are free. Flexible, affordable, effective and fun.
