Westfield Fitness' Kettlebell Workshop

2:00pm - 4:30pm
- Learn the essential skills and techniques for proper kettlebell use.
- Find out how a1/2 hour just a few times per week with the kettlebell can lead to fat loss and overall total body balance & strength.
- Get a crash course in the fundamental moves: deadlift, squat, swing, clean, press, high pull, snatch and get-up.
- Challenge yourself physically and mentally with this two and one half hour challenge.
Cost:
Early Bird Registration: $75
After February 27th: $99
Participants receive a pair of WFS wristbands with their workshop payment (essential for protection while learning the clean!).
Workshops are kept small, and space is limited. Registration and pre-payment is required. Please visit our store to purchase your space!
